| Forever21+ is definitely a hit or a miss. Lately, they've been a serious miss. When it comes to their jeans I usually buy a size down and for dresses a size up- though they are pretty consistent with sizes. I used to shop there a lot. The clothing quality wasn't amazing but for the price it was pretty fair. I shop their online shop mostly but their level in the Manhattan store was amazing last time I went.
